One of the most common scams is for someone to set up a business in the construction industry, solicit people�s business, do a bad job, leave jobs unfinished and close their doors. Amazingly, the owner of the original business that just closed down will open a new business with a new name, doing the same thing, running the same scam and will start soliciting people (like you) with unbelievably low prices. We would like to suggest you never do business with anyone who is not recommended by local businesses. We would be happy to give you a list of local companies ranging from construction companies and design companies to condo associations, management companies and realtors that we have worked with and done business with for many years.
